Can I try JPLAY for free?

Yes. JPLAY comes with a 14-day free trial. A subscription is required to activate the app, but you won't be charged during the trial period. You can cancel anytime within those 14 days and you will not pay anything.

Can I use JPLAY on all my iOS devices with a single license?

Yes. Your JPLAY license works on all your iOS devices (iPhone, iPad) and M-CPU Macs signed in with the same Apple ID — at no extra cost.

Can I switch from JPLAY Premium (yearly) to JPLAY Lifetime?

Yes, you can upgrade at any time. Active JPLAY Premium subscribers can move to JPLAY Lifetime at a discounted price of $149 / €149 (prices outside the US and Eurozone are set automatically by Apple and may differ). To upgrade, open the app, go to Settings → About and tap Buy Lifetime. Important: after purchasing the Lifetime license, please remember to cancel your yearly subscription manually — Apple does not allow us to do this on your behalf.

How do I cancel my JPLAY subscription?

Subscriptions are managed entirely by Apple. Follow Apple's official guide: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039. If you cancel during the 14-day free trial, you will not be charged.

What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds on subscription purchases. That is exactly why we provide a 14-day free trial — so you can evaluate JPLAY risk-free before committing. All payments are handled by the App Store, and we have no access to transactions on our side.
